Exclusively Yours
Three private acres of old-growth redwoods in Sonoma County — twenty-nine tents, a Grand Hall, pool, spa, bar and café, ninety minutes north of San Francisco.
Not a Ballroom.
A Whole Resort.
Surrey Resort is a single, self-contained property. When a group takes it, they take all of it: every tent, the Grand Hall, the pool and spa, the café and bar, the fire pits and the redwoods above them. No other guests, no shared spaces, no negotiating for the quiet.
That makes it an unusually clean fit for corporate offsites, incentive trips, leadership retreats, creator and brand activations, and multi-day wellness programming — particularly midweek, when the valley is at its quietest.
Sleeping the Whole Group
Every tent sits on its own raised deck with a private fire pit, electricity, Wi-Fi, and zippered net windows. Communal bathrooms and hot showers are a short walk from any deck. All tents are pet and smoke free.
Sleeps 2–3Fab Tents
Two twin beds plus a futon, standard in every unit — the most flexible configuration for teams travelling as individuals rather than pairs.

One Room for
Everything Else
The Grand Hall is the indoor anchor of the property — high ceilings, exposed rafters, a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace, a grand piano, and a cinema projector throwing a 300-inch screen with surround sound. It absorbs the whole group at once and reconfigures through the day: keynote on the big screen in the morning, breakout tables after lunch, long dinner in the evening, sound bath or a film at night.
Everything Inside the Gate
Nothing here requires a shuttle or a second reservation. During a buyout, every space below belongs to the group for the length of the stay.
The Pool
Heated outdoor pool at the centre of the property, ringed by loungers and redwoods — the default gathering point between sessions.
Hot Tub
Open into the evening, under the canopy and the stars.
Cabanas
Shaded poolside cabanas that double as informal breakout space during working days.
Grill & Fire Pits
Communal grill for group cookouts, plus a private fire pit at every tent for the end of the night.
The Bar
Sonoma wine, local beer and cider, and a full non-alcoholic tasting list — sparkling, still, and N/A beer.
The Café
Coffee and food service on-site from morning through evening, with group menus available for buyouts.
Fitness Center
Two ventilated rooms with cardio machines, free weights, Cybex equipment, and suspension trainers.
The Grand Hall
Meetings, dinners, and ceremony under exposed rafters — plus a cinema projector, 300-inch screen, and surround sound for presentations and film nights.
The Grounds
Three private acres of old-growth redwoods, open lawn, and a fire pit on every tent deck.
Built-In Programming
Surrey runs an ongoing wellness program with resident practitioners, alongside Wine Country experiences on and off the property. Groups can layer any of it into an itinerary — or bring their own facilitator and use the property as the container.

Sound Baths
Group sound baths in the Grand Hall or poolside, including floating sessions. A reliable closer for a long working day.

Yoga
Morning and evening practice for all levels, indoors under the rafters or outdoors among the redwoods.

Guided Meditation
Facilitated sitting practice, scaled from a short reset between sessions to a full morning block.

Wine Tours & Tastings
Guided tastings on the property or a half-day out through the Russian River Valley — the easiest afternoon to build an itinerary around.

Stretching & Rolling
Mobility and recovery work — a good counterweight to a day of travel or long sitting.

Silent Retreats
The property supports full silent formats midweek, when the resort and the valley around it are at their quietest.

Formats We Host Well
Every buyout is quoted individually. These are the shapes that fit the property most naturally.
Corporate Offsites
Two to four nights, Sunday through Thursday. Grand Hall for general session, cabanas and fire pits for breakouts, bar and café handling food and beverage throughout.
Incentive & Group Travel
For operators and DMCs building Wine Country itineraries. A distinctive overnight anchor between Sonoma tastings and the Sonoma Coast.
Retreats & Facilitated Programs
Wellness, leadership, and creative retreats. Bring your own facilitator or use our practitioners — the property handles the rest.
Brand & Creator Activations
Exclusive use of a highly photogenic property with domes, redwoods, pool, and firelight, and no other guests in frame.
Celebrations & Milestones
Multi-day gatherings, reunions, and milestone weekends where the group wants the grounds entirely to itself.
Partial Buyouts
Smaller groups can hold a block of tents plus the Grand Hall without taking the full property. Ask about midweek blocks.
